if you are looking for a light, compact rifle that shoots on the cheap, and accurately, at that, this is the rifle for you. it is very light in weight, but no much as to affect felt recoil. it points very well, and is very easy to hold. friends of mine who are not shooters, were very taken by this little carbine, and shot very well with it, eliciting grins all around. magazine 4 packs abound all over the internet, and the mags go for about $20.00 each. the folding stock locks up very well, and is good design. i like the stock so much, i am using it ins a short barrel rifle project i have going. you will enjoy this rifle very much. it is truly a fun gun.

Great rifle for the price. It is much nicer than an ak and more accurate. Midwest hunters outlet was great and communication was awesome. I read online that they are no good but let me tell you they are top notch and ship fast and as described. Thanks

One of my favorite rifles. This is my second one. Lighter weight and more compact than an AK. Milled receiver, muzzle brake, sturdy folder, bayonet lug...etc at a super low price. Both rifles have been to the range and had zero issues ]MFS, Silver Bear, and Yugo surplus ammo[. Very accurate and reasonable recoil. Not crazy about the plastic/wood shaving composite furniture, but there are some good after market options. The transaction with MidwestHO was outstanding. The item was shipped quickly and no problems.

These are outstanding especially for the low price. Half the price of the real VZ58 and includes the bayonet lug, a muzzle brake, 2 mags, and a nice mil-spec Parkerized finish...etc. This is my 2nd one, and they''re excellent shooters. Lighter weight and more compact than an AK, but nice solid milled steel receiver. The folder is rigid and functions well. Century seems to have done a good job with these. No build issues or problems on mine. The MidwestHO transaction was seamless too. Get them while you can!
